It’s Time

I truly don’t think people should be in one place forever. Especially when it comes to your home town. Nobody is ever going to treat you the way you deserve, and there will be more hate than you could even imagine. It’s time for me as a comic to make some major moves. Over the past few months I have been torn on where to go. Do I go to LA? Or New York? Austin? I had my heart set on Chicago but I don’t know if that’s the right place for me anymore. Even though not having to drive would be glorious.

My other option is to keep my house & travel like crazy. I’ve built a sustainable remote job, and still have the potential to keep working as an esthetician. Life’s full of twists, and turns. Sometimes you just have to roll with the punches and turn them into punchlines.

I’ve been able to grow exponentially as a comic in Orlando, but I want more. I’ve expanded my EPK to Acting, which I really would love to explore. I feel like I am rotting here, and if I have to see my crazy exes photo on one more flyer I think I might puke.

I also am taking Aries into account. Where would be be happy? Where would he thrive? Ultimately, I have no idea what to do, and I hope the world leads me in the right direction. I’ve got the being funny part down, now I need the exposure.

I’m almost finished writing my book, I should have it ready to be released by December. It is a true story about growing up in the world of stand up.

The point of this blog is to let you guys know that I’ve reached a point where I need to move to a higher level, I appreciate everyone who has helped me throughout this journey.

Moving out of the country is also an option, I’m open to any advice. Love you all & thanks for being here :)

Side questing

Took a little side quest last weekend and walked in a runway show. It was a lot more fun…and a lot harder…than I expected. Huge respect to the models who make it look effortless, because I spent most

I wish I could say that some people are just “funny.” The more funny people I come across I find that hard to believe. Behind the funniest of funny, is pain. Deep, heart wrenching pain that somehow g

The morning after a Comedy Show

I wake up the morning after a comedy show with the same questions people probably have after a questionable night. Why is this guy in my bed? Did I say something embarrassing? Did anyone get my jokes?

If this were a democracy then my vote would be for nay. You should listen to what your body's telling you to do, obviously, but just know that you definitely have people who respect and revere you.

10/10 recommend traveling to other countries. I lived 2 years in Panama and those were some of the best years of my life. Not sure about the comedy scene but my buddy Ed was just doing comedy in English in Italy so there are places where you can travel and work.
