Birthdays

Another year around the sun. Another year of grinding, pushing forward, constantly sending out email avails, all while keeping my day job in tact. A lot of people look at comedians and don’t realize that many of us are still working during the day, hoping to get a nap inbetween then going back out at night. You do that, until you don’t. The day I am able to break off creatively entirely will truly be a blessing.

Then we have birthdays. Let me teach you this, there are two types of Geminis. One is ego fueled and makes their birthday the biggest event of the year. They throw multiple parties, events, dinners ect. and then there is the Gemini who hides in her room, turns off her phone, and waits patiently for the day to pass. It has passed :) idk why I’m like this but this year proved true my birthday is just not a good time for me. In one week I went from happy to hospital to wtf happened.

My health is finally stable. Thank you for those of you who noticed something was off, and gave me grace during that period. I’ll never yell at the crowd again, or anyone else I swear. I’m mortified. Shit happens though , and we grow. Learning is all we can take from shit experiences.

Thank you for the birthday wishes, having fans is pretty sweet & I appreciate all of you.

The morning after a Comedy Show

This post came from a good place. You love to hear it. Keep up the good work. (yelling at the crowd is fine though, emote, it's compelling to the audience)
